Beach is an absolute 5/5 , beautiful beach just a stroll away however, the campground is a 2/5 camp site feel really crowded about 20’ wide by 30’ deep if you have a slide it will be in your neighbours fire pit and your awning will be touching the other neighbour. Feels more like a trailer park than a campground. Atheism is nice however you pay for the showers. It’s in a nice spot close to town so if you run out of anything you can pick it up.

The beach is great. The park itself, small lots, not much privacy, playground is run down, $12 per person for visitors, friendly staff. If you're going primarily for the beach you won't be disappointed. Our lot and the one behind us had adjacent social areas so that was just strange. Most grounds one social space backs onto the trailer behind for privacy

If you only come for the beach you will not be disappointed. It is truly spectacular. They take the time to groom the sand and have many trash cans along the beach to make it easy to help keep it pristine. The full service site are we were in this weekend were ok (hence the 4 star). Very close quarters and I expect if you dont have nice neighbours both for backing into your lot and for sleeping, it would make things tough. It was a bit hectic with several people arriving at the same time. Will go back again next year....the beach is worth it.

Instant favourite. We quickly found out why a reservation is suggested. We rented for the weekend and the tent area is a 60 second walk to an amazing beach! Water is crystal clear and warm. Dog friendly section. It was perfect. The camping area is mostly sheltered from the wind by natural sand dunes. Bathrooms/showers were clean and located conveniently in the middle of the park. Canteen is stocked with everything you may need including ice and Aloe Vera lotion if you get sun burned. They also bring fire wood right to your camp. We will most definitely go back to this campground. The sunset was amazing! A must see!
