I think this place is one of the nicest accomadating and understanding owners. I paid for a week to start in June for 250.00 and I didn't arrive till 3 days into the rental date. They honored the missed days. Then I paid another 430.00 late on the payments, I told the young lady that I was recently divorced and I'm going through a tough time they were so kind and patient. My vehicle had a missing passenger window and a smashed windshield, they could see I was going through a tough time. That really warms my heart how they really care about the people who stay there, nothing was damaged, stolen or broken into while i stayed there. They drive around the park at night and early in the morning to see if they're is any Randoms trying to access the sites so i felt secure. The truth about this Campground is they are family owned and treat theyre residents with respect. They do they're own landscaping and the older woman can certainly fly around this place on her lawnmower cutting the grass herself which is super cute. Every park has its rules but I like the showers they are clean about there amnentities, I do laundry, shower and enjoy the coin operated machines. They take pride in they're park and I'm very pleased with this Campground. The younger gentlemen helped me with my campsite and water hook up, the hose was put on to tight and we had a tough time taking it off. I give this Campground 5 stars for everything and I recommend this site over any in the city. Thanks CRYSTAL SWAIN ( Black lincoln Navigator)

Just one night on our South bound trip home. Check in was a breeze with a less than enthusiasm young lady who truly wanted to be somewhere else. Small store that had a variety of munchies, gifts, and a selection of RV items. Got a map to our site - a pull through. Ample space between sites, lots of grass and trees. Picnic table, FHU, no fire pit and wifi is only available at the office. What cost them a star in our review is the page of rules they give you that basically says if you don't follow them, you could be charged $350. Crazy right? One rule was no mats or carpets but darn if we didnt see a lot of longer term residents with mats, carpets, even large portable dog fences. I get it the Park wants to protect the grass but don't make the rules if you are not willing to enforce them. One centrally located shower/bath house. For the men, two showers, two toilets and a couple of sinks. A bit dated but very clean. Nothing and I mean nothing nearby (walking distance). We heard there was a brewery about a 10-min drive but when we asked the young lady at the desk, she had no clue. The reason for the low rating is the general state of the Park. Site next to us had a sewer hose hanging in the tree and two sites down had an old tire at the end of their site. Didn’t belong to them as the site was empty minus the tire when we arrived. A number of sites had tall grass in the lane where you park your RV. Be careful with your best friend - holes all over the Park - perhaps from ground hogs. The nice field is a great place for your best pal to run, but again it’s full of holes.

This campground is distinguishing. The bathroom is horrible. Not cleaned, old and very humid. They even charge you for taking a shower. Will never stay there again.

Do not stay here. We stayed as a one night stop off 7/11/24. Our electric post didn't work. They said there were no other sites available, but they would have an electrician come out. Then after we set up we were told the electrician couldn't come until tomorrow. We were supposed to get 50 Amp service but managed to get the 30 Amp side to work... for a short time. Then it shut off. We got up 4 times in the night to mess with it so that we could have air conditioning. They offered me a 10% discount. There are a lot of rules and if you don't follow them, like no mats or carpets outside, then you can be fined $350 and immediately evicted. Stay elsewhere!

A great camping spot, safe and close enough to all amenities. Customer service is awesome. Campground well taken care of. Bathrooms and laundry area could use an upgrade.
