We booked along with friends and the campsite staff arranged it so that all three campers faced inwards into a common area. The grounds are very nice with the usual amenities such as playground and pools. The facilities were well maintained, clean and accessible but their campground store is extremely limited so plan accordingly. They have some basic food items like milk, eggs, margarine, chips and ice cream, along with some toiletries but there was no camper/RV supplies. There is a town just 8 minutes away with a well-stocked grocery store so you can always drive there. Overall, the family had a great time.

My two children and I had a great time during our two night three day camping trip to Shady Pines. We brought our bikes. I felt safe letting my kids ride around the park on their own. They had an amazing time discovering the park.

This is a great campground with lots of activities for adults and children. My grandchildren love the free wagon rides through the campground, the pool, playground, and the big huge bounce pad. Their Canada Day fireworks display is stunning! Owners and all their staff are very pleasant and helpful. The public washrooms and showers are very nice and clean. On site laundry machines. A park for dogs to run around. A big beautiful pond. There are many long nice trails to hike, bike, or drive a golf cart through. It is very peaceful here
