Location is great but this particular RV resort it is way overpriced for the amenities you receive. Ever since PARKBRIDGE took over the fees have increased annually. Over $1,000 in 3 years! This has been the second season in a row there is no waitlist to get in and more and more people are leaving each season. They're attitude is "someone else will come and rent this lot if you don't like it" - They don't care. Since the park has not been full they opened up the empty spots within the park to PUBLIC CAMPERS who have no rules to follow are are shown zero accountability. Huge disruption within the park. This will be a Public Campground in a matter of a few years if the corporation does not open their eyes and start caring about their leasees they have now. I would recommend Kokanee Springs up the hill or Purchase your own land.

Nice quick jaunt from the city. Plenty of tree coverage and friendly staff. Onsite bathrooms and (Pay as you go) showers. Dog park and close to Seba town. Great spot.

A gorgeous site handily located by Seba Beach. Registering as a guest was super friendly and fast. If I had a camper, I'd park it here!

My wife and I would highly recommend this campground. The roadways bathroom showers are immaculate. Rick the manager is an awesome guy Ernie, and the others are all great people and very welcoming and very helpful. my wife and I and many of our family members had to evacuate the town of Edson because of wildfires. Rick and Park bridge RV parks were so very kind to us and made room for us and did not charge us for staying. Rick periodically stop by every other day to make sure we had everything we needed. You do not find this kind of kindness much in this world anymore. And on behalf of my family, we would like to think Park bridge ,Rick and the rest of the guys and gals for helping us out we appreciated it very much. And we will definitely back and recommend this to everyone.Thank You so very much Cheers

I have not camped there. The campground however looks excellent. At the time of writing we are currently evacuated from our town due to wildfires and needed a place to do some laundry. Thanks so much to your camp for allowing us to use your laundry facilities. The man in the office was a gentleman and I can assume that the service at this campground is excellent. Thank you for helping us today!
