This is my absolute favorite park in Dartmouth. The paths are great the little friends (chipmunks are adorable) and the park is clean . The beach is warm and well maintained. We go canoeing and kayaking and it's is absolutely stunning and so tranquil. Highly recommend .

Shubie beach is a hidden gem connected to a campground as well. We go there for our swimming lessons but the water is absolutely beautiful with very Little Rocks. A nearby outhouse and main change station ensures all the little ones needs are met. On-site lifeguard and a small size beach is enough to fit at a hundred. Lots of trails also interconnected that can take you all over dartmouth so plan accordingly. The sand is not quite the white sands but it is ok enough. Also nearby i believe are kayak rentals.
