- The check-in process is easy, and the staff is known to be friendly and helpful.
- Not all sites have mature trees for shade, so prepare accordingly if you prefer shaded areas.
- The park lacks laundry facilities but offers other amenities such as full hook-ups and showers.
- There are ample walking and biking trails nearby, which are perfect for exercising your pets.
- Visitors staying for a week can benefit from a special offer: stay six nights and get the seventh night free.

Overall, good experience at the site. They have a nice after hours check in process. The biggest downside is that most of the sites had a 50 amp to 30 amp adapter but the one on ours was missing. It seemed like this was provided as other sites had it bolted onto the power post so someone may have stolen the one on our site or it was removed intentionally. Either way, it wasn’t a great discovery when checking in at 8pm to realize that we had to run to Canadian tire to get our own adapter. If the adapters are provided, it would be great if that could be checked in advance to ensure present. If they are not, then a word of caution to others that you need to provide. This is the first site in our years of camping to only have a 50amp option when booking so we never did have our own adapter. Clean bathrooms, quiet campsite and good location in the city. Overall would recommend, just with a caution.

We stayed here for 1 week in June 2024 in site #9, nice green space behind our motorhome & walking trails just behind the fence. The park is well maintained with clean bathrooms. Short drive to grocery store & farmers market on Saturdays! We would stay again!

3rd time here. Visiting friends and family in the area. This a great park. Friendly manager and ultra clean washrooms. Stay a week and get the 7th night free. Will be back next year.

St. Albert Kinsmen RV Park is our 115th stop and we stayed 10 nights. Overall, I would rate this park a 4.2. Tucked back amongst a rodeo, soccer, rugby fields, Rotary Park along the Sturgeon River, it is pretty quiet. The sites are decently long and wide with a little leveling needed as we had a site near the river and the utilities were fine. Interior roads are paved and the sites are gravel. There is a lot of green space but few mature trees to provide shade. The office is a very small building but check in was easy and the woman behind the desk was very pleasant and funny. Many of the sites are longer term residents but they are well-kept. We did not use the washrooms/showers and there are no laundry facilities onsite. Only a 25 minute drive to downtown Edmonton and very convenient to walking/biking trails along the river which was great for the dogs. Would stay here again. For connectivity: T-Mobile 20.2 down/17.2 up; Verizon 555.0 down/75.9 up; Park WiFi (through Winegard 7.1 down/6.96 up) and pretty consistent. Receive 2 codes to access the park WiFi and if more is needed, they provide you a cost sheet.
