This place is awesome ! My wife and I decided to look for a park closer to home as the drive every weekend from Hamilton to Kawartha’s pigeon lake was just dumb. We came across sun retreats Cayuga thanks giving weekend 2022 we walked the entire park and thought wow this is the place. The ladies in the office were very welcoming and advised us that we had to go on a waiting list, we thought this was a shot in the dark but why not try. 2023 we got a call, we thought we won the lottery so we immediately went out there to pick a spot. George was great to deal with, he showed us the entire park and spots that were available. We picked a spot that day and brought our trailer the following weekend. My wife and I were very impressed at how well maintained the grounds are kept and that fact that there are garage cans throughout the park that aren’t over flowing like our previous park. The compound is kept very clean as well, no junk collecting. First year we made some great friends and great memories, we are super excited about 2024 season. I would recommend this park to anyone looking for a seasonal or weekend spot. Keep up the good work !

The site looks great once we could get in. The code we were given didnt work. When we called the service center, the lady on the phone was helpful with resolving the issue. However, where things fall apart was the person the had come out to help us with the gate was condescending towards us implying we didnt even try the code we were emailed. They acted unprofessional while we needed help. Only after they tried the code themselves did they start to be less confrontational. After hour support is part of the gig, the code we were supplied didnt work. The code matched what was emailed and posted on our paper at the welcome center. Reservation Center 5/5 OnSite Staff 2/5

Just spoke to Laurie and Leanne on the phone and faith restored again that theres still a lot of good people in the world. Absolute pleasure to deal with and super helpful and I’ll be staying here!

It's a very nice camp ground But the road going f in is a mess with pot holes. I feel for the people that come in with trailers.

Amazing every time ! Staff is amazing and accommodating. There are laundrymachines on site , basketball courts, park a pool, beach front area on the grand river , nice area to fish... spacious clean camping and RV spots.Wood and ice avail on site . Everyone who comes to this facility is kind and respectful. 10 / 10 I would definitely recommend this campground
