Beautiful lake and scenery, but you are only allowed to visit if you are a resident of the Sundance neighbourhood who has a paid membership here or visit as a guest with someone who fits the criteria listed above. Highly recommended to go swimming on hot sunny days. The water temperature can be too cold for comfort if it's not hot and bright out.

This is such a gem of a place! Available only to community members and their guests, it's a lovely lake with rentals, a beach, frisbee golf, and barbeques. A wonderful way to spend a summer day.

Love this place, I really should use it more often. But you have to take the house owner with you every time and my mom is 80.
