This campground went way beyond our expectations. Resting on the banks of the St. John river and it's beautiful view. It's so clean, well groomed, friendly, beautiful scenery, awesome pool. We just love it there. We were looking for a place close to home that we could leave our RV and come and go as we pleased and we certainly found it!!! It's like you go to another world when you visit Sunset View Campground. It's so relaxing and peaceful there. You will never be disappointed if you stay here, if it be one night or a few. Even when I was staying for a day or two by myself, I felt so safe and secure. They even have a new EV charging station for your convenience! Another great added feature. We can't wait until next year!!

We found Sunset View campground on google while looking for a place to stay near Fredericton. We chose it based on numerous reviews and we were not disappointed. On check in we were greeted by Jimmy at the gate and it was a breeze, he even gave us a little bag of cookies. Christopher showed us to our spot and we were parked very quickly. The campground is possibly the nicest we have ever stayed at. The grounds are meticulous, and much attention has been paid to details. Our campsite overlooked the St John river and was a level gravel pad. The grass was so nice we didn't even put out our mat (a first for us). The pool is heated and completely updated, the laundry and washrooms are spotless. We enjoyed the quietness and the beautifully kept grounds and view. Jimmy and Christopher are ever present and willing to help with anything. We have no hesitation in recommending this campground to anybody. Rick And Christine

Great spot to camp during our travels to the Cabot Trail! The host was very communicative before we even go there. Once we arrived, we were greeted at the gate, given the quick tour and he even had our firewood delivered to our site. Extremely clean facilities and beautiful grounds. Nice view of the river as well. I highly recommend Sunset View!

Outstanding I cannot say enough good things about this immaculate campground. The surroundings are beautiful The pool is gorgeous We found this campground on iOverlander app on our way to Cape Breton from Ontario We loved it so much we stayed here on our way back Jimmy is an amazing host. He goes out of his way to ensure your stay is nothing short of spectacular. Thanks for having us. Can’t wait to spend more time here next summer. Lori & Mark Bowler

Beautiful Campground. Easily accessible. Owner came out to greet us, upgraded our site and actually guided us into our site. Upon leaving he again greeted us outside and gave us a small token of his appreciation for staying with them. Over the top service, I would say! All the best in your business venture. I would say you have what it takes. Two thumbs up.
