We have been looking for a Trailer and RV park for a little while now, entertaining a variety of options, looking around. We felt so incredibly welcomed when we arrived to look around. Maitland Shores has the family vibe we have been looking for. Every member was so inviting that we became excited to become part of the Maitland Shores family (a special thanks to the first couple we met - our kids plan to visit you often!). We found some nice options there, but fell in love with one site immediately, making an offer the same day - we simply had to. We are very excited to be joining everyone here. While the park is newer, the owner is growing it and has a family-centric objective. We look forward to getting in this year and experiencing the growth of options. Even as it is, for our kids (and my wife and I), there is lots to explore, places to play and sites to see. Shortly, we'll be drinking our morning coffee slowly, swimming in the pool, driving RV cars, getting out on the water and visiting all the local beaches. Roman was amazing, letting us take up his time without stress or pressure - showing us the park, introducing us to the locals, and with NO pressure, letting us feel the place out and see how we fit. The yearly price is a bit on the higher side, but the location and amenities (increasing) help justify this. We couldn't leave without knowing we would be back... often.

We called Maitland Shores for a seasonal site as we have been looking. We do have an older trailer but in great condition, management is aware the trailer was older but told us to send in all the info and recent picture and "Head office" would have to approve it. The next day we got a call from Roman saying head office approved our trailer and we should go there if we want the spot as there are other people interested. We went right away! Took the spot, paid the deposit for next year, paid for the remaining of this year, bought wood to build a deck, packed everything and drove 1.5 hours to get everything there, and we got told the trailer wouldn't be approved! Very unprofessional, no apologies, both the managers or whatever they are were both drunk or been drinking anyways and talking loud for everyone to hear! Very embarrassing for us. After everything and we got our money back, it was late we were exhausted from packing and hauling everything, we then had to find another camp site to stay at 9pm at night. Roman said he could get us in one of their other parks maybe but what's the difference then?? Why not let us there? In the end we will never go back there or deal with any of their parks, I have asked several times for the main office number, for an owner to call me, for the people who approves number and all I get is the general e mail and Roman's phone number but he says he isn't Head office. He hasn't gotten back to us at all. Would never recommend this place and how we were treated is just crazy when we did nothing wrong at all!

This is our 2nd season at the park and we’re very happy with how friendly everyone is including those who work for the park. Our 3 kids love going every weekend all summer! They love all the activities planned for the kids and teens. Can’t wait to see what else is planned for the 2024 season!

We love our camp ground so many upgrades. There next upgrade for next season should be that pool. You can’t use the slide so they should take it out or make the pool larger other then that we are happy.

It’s a great campground but the noise and amount of drunk people screaming after 11PM is absolutely ridiculous. And kids driving golf carts over 15kmh. Needs better security watch after 8pm. Do not recommend if you like your peace.
