Friendly staff, comfortable beds, A/C worked great! Large room. Great shower pressure! I thought I was getting a room with a patio door though and two chairs with a small table would have been nice as we had our dog with us and we ate in our room. I would recommend. :)

The texts for check in were helpful. Parking was free. The crib we requested was there when we arrived and it was clean!! (We’ve seen some pretty sketchy ones at hotels). The room was clean and comfortable and large enough for the kids to have space to play around. Close enough to shopping and attractions and food. Food delivery was quick (Uber eats). Hotels with carpets always have a bit of an odor but it wasn’t terrible. Had to request extra towels (only 2 sets for a room with a queen and a pullout) also had to ask for bedding for the pullout. Had to request housekeeping for a 2 night stay, it was done at a time convenient for us!

Room was gross and had a dingy smell. Hairs in the tub, strange foreign substance on my bedside table, and huge sticky stains on the carpet. Arrived at 4:15pm and my room wasn't ready yet. Got to the room and the phone was broken and cable wasn't working. Staff were friendly enough, and the restaurant attached to the hotel is decent, but the rooms make a big "no" for me next time I'm in Sudbury.

Rooms were clean, comfortable and the pool was nice. There were no pool towels by the pool so just bring your own. They allowed us to stay in the pool past 10p, my daughter appreciated it. This time the pool was closed for repair :(

Kind of run down. Totally at the point where a reno is past due. Place was paced and people were in and out all ours of the night. More like the lived there. No problems with anyone or any of the staff. However, i would not stay there again.
