We came here with intentions to catch dinner in early July. Paid $5 each to fish for the whole day. Took us 4 hours but we caught two decent sized rainbow trout and the lady running things cleaned them for us. Pond is less active than you’d expect for a stocked trout pond but we started throwing worms and the fish came soon after. We paid $27 for the two fish we took home and $10 for two boxes of worms. Overall it’s a beautiful park. Quiet, friendly people, good service, clean bathrooms, couple of nice ponds and a good location. We’ll be back here again for more fishing

Went for the afternoon to check it out and try some fishing The lady in the office answered all our questions, was very helpful and friendly!! We toured the campground a couple of times and even the maintenance man let us peak into the one bunkie that had just been renovated. He, as well was very friendly and informative!! My hubby fished for the afternoon and had sooo many hits on his line!! Large bass, lots of sunfish etc ...and if course our car wouldn't start. The owner went over and above by giving us a boost and on our way. We're definitely renting a bunkie for a few nights....small campground charm, clean, quiet and great customer service!!

I stopped by for the Geocache on the edge of the property. They keep the area clean, clear of any debris, well maintained from someone who doesn’t actually bring or have a trailer or single / double wide to rent. I hear the stocked pond makes for some great fishing 🎣

What a great little campground so close to town. We went labour day weekend for a camping trip close to home. They had great trout fishing, a live band, and all the amenities just 5 mins away. The restrooms were spacious and clean, the water was filtered and UV treated, and the staff were amazing. We stayed in our RV so I cannot comment on the cabins, but they looked super cute. Wether you bring your RV, tent, or rent a cabin, you will enjoy this quaint getaway close to town.

The people were very friendly. We stayed 1 night on our way to visit friends. The park is clean and quiet. On our way back home we stayed another night. My husband had forgotten some camping items on our 1st trip and they were returned to him during our 2nd stay.
