We left Belcarra Picnic area on our paddle boards and went all the way to Twin Islands! A gorgeously beautiful place! We ate lunch on some rocks between the islands right on the water! Priceless! 🤩

Beautiful islands! You can kayak from Belcarra picnic area in about 1.5h. It felt like I was in a different country or something. If you feel like experiencing something different, it's a nice place to visit! They have a few camping spots, and a washroom. Their dock is tiny and gets packed very easily. Also, their beaches have a lot of shells and barnacles, so I highly recommend wearing swimming shoes or some protective food-wears.

Lots of fun camping here! But make sure you get a campsite that's not right next to the outhouses as that will lesson your enjoyment 😅.

One of the best free sites anywhere. Scouts Canada keeps it pristine. No campfires. Boat access only. Elevated platforms. Good for big groups or small groups. Very small island with delicate floura like tiger Lillie's and wild strawberries.
