Valleyview campground has had many upgrades since my last visit about 18 years ago. More sites, includes more electrical sites. Newly redone bathroom/showers. They are cleaned 2x daily, times noted on doors. They used to have lovely sites with privacy between them. Thats not the case anymore, so I hope you get along with the neighbors! You will note these as the ones with site number followed by a or b. The best sites were taken by seasonal campers, however some can still be found. Some are in other camping areas morning view has some and are full service sites. Though not much for shade as trees are still growing. Beach is best to drive to as it's down the hill from the valleyview area. There are two beaches available, on Echo lake or Pasqua Lake. Both sides have boat launches. Pasqua has a fish shack, Echo doesn't. Beach is much larger on Echo side, as well as a change room/bathroom building. There is an exterior shower, none available in washroom building. Echo also has a large children's playground. Both sides have picnic tables and bbq pits that can be used, when available depending on risk of fire. Also seasonally on the Pasqua side is a food truck and mini-golf. Both have posted hours, though the mini-golf wasn't open during posted hours during my visit. Pasqua side also has a great sand volleyball court. Both side have large parking lots, seperate lots for just beach use, and those with boat trailers. Finally, something to keep in mind is that if you are camping and have paid park entrance all amenities are included. You can visit the beach for free on Pasqua side, as no gate attendant. Echo side has a gate attendant, during normal weekeday hours and all day on weekends. Only stayed a couple nights, but nice enough campground. Clean camp sites, power hook up, small playground, shower facilities were in decent order. Nearby trails for walking down into the valley. Some great views in the area.

For the most part facilities are adequate when restrictions because of covid-19 are not imposed. Couple of sore points at beginning of opening season. Why is water supply not tested before opening season so that potable water is available. Secondly: have personnel responsible for site leveling, tried to use and level a RV with a wheel base of 210 inches on a site with an incline or decline greater then 1 or 2 degrees? It is a challenge unless you have a lot of lumber (planks).

Very good camp ground. And cheap to use. Very clean. Lots of people camp here. It has electricity for each camp site. The lake is close to camp sites. There is also water here for showers flush toilets and etc. My suggestion to everyone from regina and area to come to this park. Its 1 hour drive from regina. . Lots of room for up to 4 tents. And fishing areas for people. It's like a community everyone says hi. Or talks for a bit. Lots of trees. A valley down from camping area
