We entered the parc de la rivière Batiscan secteur barrage here. The pavilion Desjardins is open year round. Entrance fees were $9,00 per adult in April 2024. We did a short walk along the Grande chutes trail to see the waterfalls and the crossed the passerelle to walk on the Dore trail. The spring thaw made the falls quite impressive. Dogs allowed.

Great views on the river. The west side trails are much closer to the river. There is no service on the entrance. You need to pay in an envelope. There are lots of big hungry mosquito. Even I sprayed with repellents, they sticked firmly on me.

Amazing place. A lot of places to explore. Second time at the same place and I'm sure I'll return soon. I like this place. Negative point no trash can at the parking lot. Should have at least one!!!
