Very nice site and beautiful beach. Lovely park and playground just next to the site. Recommended for families. Very good presence of police. That's why it is busy.

We had a reservation for the Labour Day long weekend and arrived to find that there was a double booking and our site was not available. Instead of simply dismissing us, the incredible staff combed through the weekend reservations and were able to work out a solution to save our long weekend. A huge thank you! Beautiful campground and great people, highly recommend and will definitely book again next year.

I have just recently returned from a planned camping trip at this park and have camped in the past and had no issues other than the washrooms being pretty disgusting. I had booked 2 sites in which they were basically cramped into one because one trailer decided to park the wrong way which lead the other trailers to be pushed towards the tenting area. I pretty much lost one of my sites and brought it to the staffs attention. The next day was just looking to see if we could park in an unoccupied spot for a few hours to use the beach for the inconvenience and the staff member abruptly told me no. I had mentioned that I was inconvenienced for my site the day before but she took it upon herself to have zero remorse or customer service and act entitled, so I packed my stuff and left. Even though the staff seems to be summer students working there, I have never been treated with such disrespect than I did at that park. Unless they hire better staff to handle customer situations without creating a fight, I will never go back to this place and will certainly let others (that I recommended to come here) what I experienced this weekend. Absolutely disgusting!

If you manage to book a RV site here you are lucky. small but the location within Coburg and the beach are the main features. Being steps from the beach is great. This beach gets super busy! RV site is tight but manageable with midsize RVs. Had all the proper hookups (note: our location site 23 required a water hose extension to reach). Overall good stay.

The tending campsite I stayed at had two bags full of trash left over from previous occupants. The neighbours told me it had been there all day and no one had picked it up. So being a Boy Scout, I carried it to the dumpster myself. Then there’s no security at the camp after 6 PM. Some hooligans moved in next-door to the marina at 11 o’clock and played loud rap music until 1:30 in the morning. Then, in the morning, the neighbour came by and said his cooler had been stolen out of his campsite. Beware this is an urban campground that is not secure for your belongings.
