We love Wildwood Park. The people who live there are very friendly. The family who takes care of the garden is amazing. The Halloween parties and decorations in the complex are so much fun.

The home owners association (HOA) offers so many community events monthly. The pancake breakfast is one of our favourite places where our family is able to gather spending time connecting with one another. Great food, amazing value at $7 for breakfast and offering a great community atmosphere. A great thank you to all of the members who volunteer and contribute to the success of all of the events hosted throughout the month every month. Nothing would happen without all of the willing volunteers. Bingo, soup and sandwich night, pancake breakfast, community garage sales, hot dog n burger fundraisers, plant sales and on and on! They have a hall for community events available for rentals as well. Great great great place to live. We love it here.

Having to fight for a furnace filter (landlords responsibility for all renters in this park) they are sure not making it easy to communicate with them. I was without heat for months had furnace repaired now can’t get a filter roads are super slippery I’ve slipped once asked 3 times for salt to be laid down no Halloween party pool still closed park taken and closed only been here 8 months -and have Had many issues it seems when you ask for something they come back with a complaint against you. They finally opened up the pool it’s a mess leaking roof into the pool nothing cleaned floors weren’t even washed windows still have cobwebs metal is all turned green lack of maintenance and care my roof has been leaking for 7 months I’ve sent 13 emails and been ignored each time it’s getting worse and causing mould and health issues lady who runs the park is very neglectful and likes to argue with tenants doesn’t know the rental law and loves to talk about peoples personal issues with other tenants. When you email a concern the manager will turn it around on you and nothing will get done.

Park is very run down. No maintenence has been done to the roads in 2 years. Garbage in all the yards. Park has been removed and the kids have had no where to play for over a year. Swimming pool is very dirty in the change rooms and not cleaned daily or weekly. The staff is rude and will not let you complain and will hang up on you. Over all I would not recommend anyone renting in this park or buying a home.
