This is a campground with no water or electricity. It is located away from the highway and there are many deer and small animals here.

First time camping in this provincial park with my family. Secured and well maintained. We will be back for sure. Great memories 👌

The wall tents were nice and spacious but there is zero separation between you and other guests outside the tent. It’s more of a communal pit with other campers rather than an individual campsite. I wouldn’t call it “comfort camping.” The river was higher than usual so there were no beaches or good fishing spots within walking distance. Minimal hiking as well.

The Good: The camp sites in many areas are spaced out. There are also a couple of group sites. Some are close to the river. Sites are clean. Black water drain/dump station on site. Two playgrounds. The bad: lawless at night. Lots of loud parties. Staff not caring. Wood is not free. Dump station costs $6.

We have been camping here for years and will continue to as there is lots of privacy and they do have some bigger sites. The prices are ok, not the best for what you get. There are beautiful paths to walk and nice to be close to the river. Our biggest issue with this place is the bathrooms, they are the absolute worst we have ever seen anywhere! They are just so gross and would it kill you to maybe get a light in there for nighttime or repair some of the locks on the stall doors? You make enough money, do better. The only other thing is the ice cream shop prices are horrendous and they only accept cash, you need to get with the times. Also trying to call either the back or the front office no one ever has any answers for you or even tries to help out or get you answers. We have experienced this issue many times. Sites are nice but the people who run it and the services are the worst we have ever experienced.
